Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and deploy new features using technologies such as GraphQL, React, and Typescript.
Build scalable, production-grade backend applications using Spring Boot.
Own your code, respond to incidents, and participate in on-call rotation.
Meet Definition of Done for the software you build.
Write automated unit and integration tests in a continuous integration and delivery environment.
Efficiently manage the software development lifecycle using GitHub, Jira, and proprietary deployment systems.
Collaborate with team members and influence platform improvements.
Participate in design and code reviews, backlog refinements, and agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in your team's domain.
Rapidly acquire new technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience.
2+ years of hands-on development experience with modern JavaScript technologies, preferably React, NodeJS, and Typescript.
2+ years of experience with Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Dropwizard.
Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of modern automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Champion of good engineering habits including development and test techniques.
Experience in triaging and solving production issues.
Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
Clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Good team player with the ability to communicate well in a remote work environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding assistants.
