Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and iteratively enhance full-stack software products, including web or mobile frontends and backend services.
- Provide input into product architecture and design and collaborate with the team to solve technical problems.
- Write software through daily paired programming and test-driven development.
- Establish and maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines and practices.
- Provide technical leadership for a technology stack, influence engineering decisions, and simplify and reuse enterprise tools.
- Coach junior team members and Product Engineers on technologies, engineering practices, systems thinking, and design principles.
- Support software products in user environments and co-own incident response and root-cause management.
- Help prioritize engineering work, break down stories, and align technical approaches with product outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is preferred.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages, application languages, algorithms, database normalization, data structures, and common tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft technology stacks, .NET Core with C#, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure messaging and storage, and AWS integration.
- Ability to influence engineering peers, communicate effectively, and coach team members.
- Understanding of enterprise standards, tools, patterns, and integration points across upstream and downstream systems.
