Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex website features, templates, reusable components, and CMS-driven experiences.
- Translate design, content, campaign, and business requirements into responsive, scalable, accessible, production-ready web experiences.
- Partner with design, content, marketing, operations, and external agencies to scope, build, test, launch, and monitor web enhancements.
- Own standards for code quality, QA, release readiness, CMS implementation, technical documentation, and reusable components.
- Maintain and evolve CMS architecture, including content models, page types, reusable components, and implementation patterns.
- Improve site performance, accessibility, technical SEO, analytics and tagging quality, and conversion-focused experiences.
- Implement marketing measurement and experimentation capabilities, including form tracking, analytics events, A/B testing, and GTM/CRM handoffs.
- Review technical work, mentor developers, and create standards and documentation that improve maintainability and internal self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of web development experience, including significant experience with marketing websites, corporate websites, campaign pages, and CMS-driven digital experiences.
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex marketing websites tied to demand generation, sales-led conversion, self-serve journeys, or pipeline creation.
- Experience with modern or headless CMS platforms, content models, component libraries, QA workflows, release processes, accessibility, technical SEO, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with modern web stacks such as React, Next.js, Sanity, Contentful, Vercel, Netlify, or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive development, and scalable component and template implementation.
- Ability to translate design, content, campaign, and marketing requirements into high-quality web experiences while partnering with stakeholders and agencies.
- Familiarity with GA4, form tracking, A/B testing tools, and marketing automation or CRM handoffs.
- Strong site performance optimization, troubleshooting, debugging, reusable code standards, maintainability, and scalability skills.
- Experience reviewing agency or contractor work, defining acceptance criteria, performing QA, and overseeing delivery.
- Experience mentoring developers, reviewing code, setting standards, and improving development workflows.
- Working knowledge of localization, multilingual websites, multi-site governance, or global web operations.
