Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered features integrating LLM and building AI agents.
- Develop end-to-end non-AI features, services, and business logic.
- Build and maintain MCP servers for domain data exposure.
- Implement RAG workflows to ground LLM responses in factual data.
- Optimize OpenAI integrations for cost, latency, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams.
- Participate in technical design reviews and shape architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of server-side engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems design patterns.
- Proficient in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and integrating OpenAI models.
- Fluent in at least one non-JS programming language, preferably Java.
- Experience with the OpenAI Agents SDK and building AI features.
- Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, chunking, and vector search.
- Strong fundamentals in building secure, performant APIs.
