Responsibilities
- Own the architectural roadmap and delivery of Dialpad’s Agentic infrastructure.
- Design and deploy scalable, multi-modal AI agents for autonomous support.
- Mentor senior peers and define technical standards for AI-native software development.
- Collaborate with leadership across Product, Engineering, and Applied Research.
- Research and implement emerging agent frameworks and safety guardrails.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
- Strong foundations in scaling distributed systems and production-grade infrastructure.
- Experience with LLM platforms, inference optimization, and advanced retrieval systems.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or AWS/Google Agent ecosystems.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build cutting-edge AI products from the ground up.
