Responsibilities
- Design and develop EPM product components focusing on reliability and performance.
- Architect and own the CI/CD delivery platform for safe deployments.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code.
- Build and evolve internal developer tooling to improve engineering productivity.
- Define and drive the observability strategy for application and infrastructure layers.
- Lead incident response for complex events, driving systemic improvements.
- Apply AI tooling to accelerate engineering work and coach others.
- Define platform and development standards for engineering teams.
- Mentor Associate and mid-level engineers to foster engineering excellence.
- Partner with Security and Architecture to ensure compliance and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience in application and platform development.
- Strong backend development skills in languages like Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Deep expertise with cloud infrastructure on major providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD platforms at scale.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code practice using Terraform or similar tools.
- Advanced Kubernetes experience, including cluster operations and security.
- Experience building internal developer tooling to enhance productivity.
- Ability to design and implement observability strategies for applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools applied across engineering tasks.
- Strong security mindset with experience in integrating security controls.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing culture.
