Base Salary
$200k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop interactive, data-rich user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Vega.
- Integrate LLM-driven features such as natural language querying, generative UI, and AI-assisted data storytelling.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of substantial product features while ensuring reliable, low-latency AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and AI/ML engineers to make complex model outputs intuitive.
- Contribute to team planning by identifying opportunities for generative AI to simplify technical workflows.
- Champion AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor while maintaining code quality and delivery speed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience building and maintaining complex enterprise applications.
- Deep day-to-day knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Ability to balance functionality and delivery speed with the performance challenges of AI-integrated frontends, including streaming responses and optimistic UI updates.
- Interest in how frontend development and Human-AI Interaction affect customer experience.
- Proactive willingness to learn evolving AI frameworks and frontend integration patterns.
- Bonus: experience with commercial dashboarding products such as Splunk, Datadog, or Looker, or with integrating AI into BI tools.
- Bonus: deep knowledge of the DOM, CSS, Canvas, and XHR for optimizing rendering of large-scale AI datasets.
