Responsibilities

Write and maintain programs and scripts in C# and Python and perform data analysis using SQL.
Contribute to the architecture and design of mission-critical trading systems.
Evaluate and adopt modern .NET and open-source technologies to improve platform reliability and scalability.
Build, optimize, and maintain multithreaded services and real-time order-entry applications.
Ensure code quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices.
Mentor junior developers in best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with users and team members across regions and business functions.

At least 8 years of software development experience using C# and Python.
Deep knowledge of C# language features, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and memory management.
Expertise in SQL development, including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures, using MS SQL or an equivalent.
Proven experience with FIX protocol and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test-driven development, and unit testing frameworks.
Experience designing reusable components, services, and libraries.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Prior financial-services experience is strongly preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, ethics, and integrity.
Awareness of pre-trade and post-trade validation, trade lifecycle events, order types, and execution workflows is beneficial.
Experience integrating real-time market data feeds such as Bloomberg BPIPE or Reuters is beneficial.
Experience working with front- and middle-office users is beneficial.
