Responsibilities
- Lead frontend and full-stack implementation workstreams for carrier and enterprise partner integrations from kickoff through production.
- Architect and implement scalable UI layers and API integrations, creating reusable patterns for partner-facing surfaces.
- Author high-quality RFCs and turn one-off partner work into maintainable implementation patterns.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans with Implementation Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Technical Program Managers.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews and substantive architectural feedback.
- Design intuitive, maintainable integrations for partner users and future engineers.
- Establish comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies for partner deliverables.
- Identify non-compliant code and ensure contributions meet security requirements.
- Define AI coding tool standards, quality guardrails, and effectiveness measures for the vertical.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with significant depth in React and TypeScript.
- Strong full-stack capability with professional experience in Go or Python.
- Understanding of GraphQL architecture, including schema design, performance optimization, resolver patterns, and API design decisions.
- Experience leading complex implementation projects end to end, including scoping, RFC authorship, and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience designing and consuming gRPC and REST APIs and building reliable integration layers.
- Track record of delivering accessible, performant, production-ready frontend solutions.
- Experience with modern frontend tooling, component libraries, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical topics and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Peer feedback demonstrating strong technical and collaborative leadership.
- Distributed systems or microservices experience is preferred.
- Advocacy for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and incremental software delivery.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor, with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for security, maintainability, and architectural alignment.
