Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead frontend and fullstack implementation workstreams for partner integrations.
- Architect and implement scalable UI layers and API integrations.
- Author high-quality RFCs to create reusable patterns for implementations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Provide technical leadership in code reviews and architectural feedback.
- Design intuitive integrations for partner users with a consumer-first mindset.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies for all partner deliverables.
- Foster a security-first mindset and ensure compliance in code contributions.
- Define AI coding tool standards and best practices for the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong fullstack capability with experience in Go or Python.
- Understanding of GraphQL architecture and API design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex implementation projects end-to-end.
- Experience designing and consuming gRPC/REST APIs.
- Proven track record of delivering accessible and performant frontend solutions.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with distributed systems or microservices is preferred.
- Advocate for Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
