Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend solutions using Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- Build and integrate APIs and distributed, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.
- Apply reactive programming, hexagonal architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases, messaging tools, containers, orchestration, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Implement unit tests, resilience techniques, monitoring, and process orchestration solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and potentially manage squads at the Especialista/Tech Lead level.
Requirements
- Experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot, or Kotlin, or Python with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, reactive programming, and hexagonal architecture.
- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, or PyTest for unit testing.
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Maven, Gradle, Pip, or Poetry.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Event Hub, Jenkins, GitLab CI, DevOps, and cloud computing on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Jira, and Trello.
- Preferred qualifications include systems architecture, design patterns, Grafana, Datadog, distributed-systems resilience, Camunda, BPM, Camel, Quarkus, Angular, technical leadership, squad management, multi-cloud, and event-driven architectures.
