Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services.
- Analyze client needs and develop or customize Salesforce applications to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop integration architecture for data flow and process automation between Salesforce and other systems.
- Use Salesforce Data Architecture and Salesforce Workflow to enhance client business processes.
- Collaborate with clients and provide training and support for Salesforce application utilization.
- Conduct integration analysis to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Solve complex integration challenges while maintaining professional and technical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science and Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Customization is preferred.
- Integration architecture implementation skills, analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and learning agility are preferred.
