Base Salary
$130k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance backend services and APIs that help new clients reach production.
- Integrate the platform with clients’ core provider APIs.
- Enhance third-party integrations including checkbook ordering and ACH transfers.
- Work with clients to understand online account-opening nuances and partner with product teams to support them in the system.
- Write clean, documented, well-tested code with attention to performance, error handling, logging, and edge cases.
- Contribute to system design and architectural decisions, communicate technical tradeoffs, and provide technical guidance and code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience writing backend services and APIs.
- Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Strong familiarity with REST APIs.
- Strong familiarity with microservice architectures.
- Good technical and communication skills, including the ability to self-manage and estimate work.
