Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee strategic AI roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, opportunity identification, success-metric definition, and execution of high-profile AI projects.
- Lead complex AI engineering initiatives and develop innovative solutions to abstract and highly complex problems.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to teams while supporting effective resource allocation.
- Advise management on complex decisions with significant financial or operational impact.
- Build high-impact relationships across multiple areas and deliver strategic insights as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Advanced technical and business expertise in AI engineering and machine learning.
- Experience applying machine learning, big data analytics, and software engineering to complex business problems.
- Strong client counseling, coaching, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence organizational strategy, and manage strategic stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of software product design and industry-relevant practices.
