Responsibilities
- Design a unified system of record and insight for outreach to prospects.
- Model entities with identity resolution and data quality guardrails.
- Ship self-serve reporting and dashboards with clear SLAs.
- Automate multi-step GTM and BD processes across various platforms.
- Implement LLM-powered agents for research and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain two-way integrations between Salesforce and external data providers.
- Connect APIs and event streams to keep data enriched and updated.
- Partner with BD and M&A leaders to identify high-friction workflows.
- Deliver MVP automations quickly and productionize winning pilots.
- Define standards that scale across the portfolio.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering with ownership of CRM-centric platforms.
- Strong product sense for BD/M&A workflows and ability to translate feedback into goals.
- Deep integration experience with APIs, webhooks, and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with AI integration and prompt design.
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical partners.
- Bonus: experience in automating diligence and multi-channel orchestration.
