Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, support, and evolve Guidewire Digital Portals and Guidewire application solutions.
- Design scalable Guidewire solution strategies across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
- Deliver and review client deliverables while following defined processes and meeting project timelines and budgets.
- Support Guidewire application stability, escalations, quality improvement, and business-process optimization.
- Identify client needs, develop relationships, and support potential new service opportunities.
- Define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection activities.
- Collaborate with global teams, coach consultants, and foster high-performing delivery teams.
- Prepare and present technical, advisory, project, training, marketing, and thought-leadership materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or three years of equivalent experience.
- Senior-level experience with Guidewire application managed services and complex Guidewire engagements.
- Advanced experience solutioning the Guidewire Suite on premises and as SaaS, including Guidewire Digital Portals.
- Working knowledge of PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager integrations.
- Experience with Jutro Development Platform, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Jest, GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework, and Guidewire Web Services.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, Ant, Maven, Gradle, SOAP UI, Postman, SVN, and Git.
- Understanding of DevOps and build/deployment processes.
- Guidewire Digital Certified Associate certification.
- Ability to advise clients, navigate business and enterprise solution perspectives, present complex material, and work through instability and escalations.
