Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize machine learning solutions in areas like Document understanding and GenAI.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python for AI-driven applications.
- Design and implement APIs for integration with AI models and services.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers as a machine learning specialist.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of ML model development from problem definition to deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI models and backend services.
- Implement system telemetry and A/B testing to validate AI model effectiveness.
- Document development processes and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in ML solutions development and production deployment.
- Strong grasp of OOP, Design Patterns, and quality software development.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries like PyTorch.
- Experience with Statistical Machine Learning and AI in NLP and Document Processing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with GenAI services like OpenAI GPT and prompt engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with microservices and API-based applications.
- Good written communication skills for remote collaboration.
