Responsibilities
- Lead product planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for the AI Native engineering platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end engineering lifecycle.
- Design AI Agent capabilities for various engineering scenarios.
- Drive integration of AI capabilities with code repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in ToB products, platform products, or intelligent product solutions.
- Must have an engineering background with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and software delivery processes.
- Solid understanding of AI Agent product design.
- Familiarity with mainstream AI coding products and hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code and Copilot.
- Strong structured thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
