Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance, compatible, and secure Python development environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery across multiple environments.
- Architect and maintain AWS infrastructure, with a focus on EKS and Kubernetes container orchestration.
- Manage stable and secure on-premises production systems, including infrastructure automation and monitoring.
- Implement automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with globally distributed developers, quantitative researchers, and technology teams.
- Drive best practices in DevOps, infrastructure as code, and security compliance.
- Document workflows, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear technical explanations.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong AWS experience, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and networking components.
- Hands-on experience managing on-premises production systems for high availability and scalability.
- Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and security best practices across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Excellent English communication skills for coordinating across global teams.
- Ability to document workflows, troubleshoot issues, and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and automation initiatives.
