Base Salary
$113k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on new feature development, sustaining efforts, and engineering escalations.
- Participate in product definition, design, implementation, debugging, testing, and early customer support.
- Develop, test, and debug distributed software for cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises solutions.
- Collaborate with QA, Systemic Test Engineering, dependent engineering teams, and peer teams to understand customer use cases and deliver solutions.
- Solve technical issues collaboratively with other engineers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with C and C++ is required.
- Familiarity with system software design and development is required.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux system programming and multithreaded programming is required.
- Strong understanding of operating-system internals, algorithms, data structures, and multithreaded programming is required.
- Experience in the storage domain is preferred.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and collaborate with internal and external audiences is required.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience, a master's degree with no experience, or equivalent work experience.
