Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to develop technical account strategies.
- Engage with technical leaders to translate business priorities into data use cases.
- Lead the technical sales process from discovery to adoption.
- Provide technical leadership across various data and AI domains.
- Establish technical wins by aligning customer outcomes with the Databricks platform.
- Prioritize technical engagements based on customer signals and account context.
- Contribute to the startup ecosystem through workshops and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Proven track record in leading technical discussions with senior decision-makers.
- Experience in designing distributed data systems and cloud-native solutions.
- Hands-on programming experience in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with public-cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Depth in domains such as data engineering, analytics, or machine learning.
- Strong business communication skills to connect technical solutions to business value.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and collaborate effectively.
