Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across critical business applications.
- Monitor system behavior and analyze logs and outputs to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Document findings and resolutions for the team knowledge base.
- Improve application support processes and tools.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright and Selenium is required.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright is required.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex software applications is required.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes is required.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
