Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Create and maintain test automation scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects and collaborate with developers on timely resolution.
- Validate deployments across Salesforce sandbox, UAT, and production environments.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to align QA processes with project goals.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Provide clear QA metrics and reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of Salesforce testing experience, with at least two years focused on Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud projects.
- Experience with QA methodologies, test planning, defect tracking tools, and test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or Copado Robotic Testing.
- Ability to design effective test plans for complex business processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator are preferred.
- Testing methodology certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Western business practices is advantageous.
