Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and implement software applications that meet business and application requirements.
- Lead development decisions and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple collaborating teams.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines in cloud environments.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures and streamline data workflows through scripting and automation.
- Troubleshoot and performance-tune data analytics applications.
- Coordinate cross-functional application integration within the enterprise environment.
- Mentor junior team members and support team development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with data pipeline development and optimization in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for data workflows.
- Competence in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data analytics applications.
- Generative AI and Large Language Model experience is preferred.
