Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design feasible software solutions for client deployments.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and programs.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend system improvements.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, reports, and project status updates.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and maintain professional customer communications.
- Complete continuing education and assigned certifications to maintain current skills.
Requirements
- Mandatory Workday Technical skills.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Ability to understand requirements, analyze systems and data flows, design software, and develop code.
- Ability to create and execute software validation and testing scenarios.
- Ability to troubleshoot defects, improve system performance, and analyze software-hardware interfaces.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgradation certifications.
