Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve deployment automation and CI/CD platforms for reliable and secure software delivery.
- Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Build observability capabilities including monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, SLI/SLO definitions, and reliability reporting.
- Partner with software engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational readiness across Kubernetes environments.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, capacity planning, and proactive automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized application deployments.
- Experience with Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for infrastructure management and CI/CD automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with an interest in automation and operational excellence.
- Programming and scripting experience in Python is preferred.
