Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of solutions using Einstein Prediction Builder.
- Oversee implementation of Einstein Next Best Action to optimize customer interactions and decision-making.
- Provide expertise in Einstein Discovery to generate insights and data-driven strategies.
- Integrate Service Cloud Einstein and Sales Cloud Einstein into existing systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure scalable, high-performance technology integrations.
- Maintain architectural documentation and recommend system performance improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training on Einstein technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and technology architecture best practices.
- Use program management skills to oversee project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
- 7–13 years of professional experience.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Einstein technologies, including Prediction Builder, Next Best Action, Einstein Discovery, Service Cloud Einstein, and Sales Cloud Einstein.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and producing actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of program management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in designing scalable and efficient technology architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping current with emerging technologies.
