Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters on Azure AKS, including workload delivery through ArgoCD and progressive GitOps deployment patterns.
Design and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows, branching strategies, environment promotion, and release automation.
Build and maintain observability pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, and related tooling.
Provision and manage Azure infrastructure with Terraform, including modules, state management, and remote backends.
Manage Azure PaaS services including Azure Container Apps, App Service, Azure Database, Service Bus, and Key Vault.
Implement RBAC, network policies, secret management, and infrastructure security and audit controls.
Participate in on-call rotations, lead post-mortems, and drive reliability improvements.
Collaborate with application developers on deployment ergonomics, platform troubleshooting, and internal tooling.

3–5 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform, or SRE role.
Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience with workloads, networking, RBAC, HPA, and resource management.
Production experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows at scale.
Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions, including complex workflow pipelines.
Observability experience with at least two of OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki.
Production-scale Terraform experience with modules, workspaces, remote state, and CI integration.
Azure experience focused on AKS and core Azure PaaS services.
Linux fundamentals, Bash or Python scripting, and networking basics.
GCP experience, including GKE, Cloud Run, or managed data services, is preferred.
Familiarity with Elastic APM, EDOT collectors, OpenTelemetry Collector pipelines, Istio, Linkerd, Envoy, Kong, Fortiappsec, Cloudflare, Robusta, Azure FinOps, HolmesGPT, or Elastic agent is preferred.

Full-time role based in Barcelona with flexible working time and a combination of home-office and in-person work.
