Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ship frontend features, real-time systems, and backend infrastructure across the full stack.
- Build data pipelines and internal tools for onboarding sources and maintaining healthcare-sector coverage.
- Improve agentic parsing and extraction systems for complex financial data.
- Own work end to end, including data inspection, quality assurance, instrumentation, deployment, and production fixes.
- Add an information source, improve agentic system speed or reliability, and build an initial company ontology and data feature during the first 30 days.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and operating production systems end to end.
- Practical experience building and deploying agentic AI or LLM-based applications in production.
- Full-stack capability with Python backend development, FastAPI or equivalent, TypeScript, React, and data pipeline development.
- Strong data infrastructure skills covering ETL, data modeling, SQL, and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production observability and debugging.
- Familiarity with real-time or streaming data systems.
- Ability to determine when AI agents should reason versus when deterministic software is appropriate.
- Bonus qualifications include capital markets, equity research, investment banking, modern data tools such as dbt, columnar or vector databases, edge computing infrastructure, and AI/ML system abstractions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
