Base Salary
$148k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features end to end across Go services and Vue interfaces.
- Build customer installation and instrumentation experiences for agentic systems.
- Capture and expose agent tool calls, failures, latency, and model-tool contract issues.
- Develop LLM-backed features involving prompt and context design, tool calling, evaluation, and related failure modes.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and use safe incremental rollout practices.
- Own production systems through logging, monitoring, incident resolution, and recurrence reduction.
- Use AI tools in the development workflow while maintaining accountability for shipped work.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, estimation, and cross-team communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping full-stack features to production in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Java, Python, or C++ and one modern frontend framework such as Vue, React, or Angular.
- Experience designing APIs and building services on AWS or GCP with SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs through API integration, prompt and context design, or tool calling; professional or substantial personal work is acceptable.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph and with LLM evaluation tooling.
- Ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests based on product and technical risk.
- Experience with safe rollout patterns such as feature flags and canary releases.
- Ability to take a well-scoped problem independently through production.
- Active use of AI tools in the development workflow.
- Strong written communication skills and a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience with MCP servers or comparable agent tooling is preferred.
- Experience shipping customer-installed SDKs or instrumentation libraries is preferred.
- Experience with analytics or observability products is preferred.
- Experience with Vue or data visualization tools such as Highcharts or D3 is preferred.
