Base Salary
$108k - $131k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver full-stack features across Go services and Vue interfaces.
- Build customer installation and instrumentation experiences for agentic systems.
- Capture and expose agent tool calls, failures, latency, and contract issues.
- Develop LLM-backed capabilities involving prompt and context design, tool calling, and evaluation.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and ship incrementally using safe rollout patterns.
- Own production operations through logging, monitoring, resolution of issues, and recurrence reduction.
- Use AI tools in development and contribute code reviews, documentation, estimates, and cross-team communication.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping full-stack production features in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in a backend language such as Go, Java, Python, or C++ and a modern frontend framework such as Vue, React, or Angular.
- Experience designing APIs and building services on AWS or GCP with SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs through API integration, prompt and context design, or tool calling; professional or substantial personal work is acceptable.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph and LLM evaluation tooling.
- Ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests based on risk and use feature flags and canary releases.
- Ability to independently take well-scoped work to production and active use of AI tools in development.
- Strong written communication skills and a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes operating MCP servers or comparable agent tooling, shipping customer-installed SDKs or instrumentation libraries, and building analytics or observability products.
- Vue and data visualization experience with Highcharts or D3 are preferred.
