$136k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and advancing key opportunities across the company.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architectural layers.
- Design and implement durable, scalable, secure software solutions for critical customer problems.
- Develop full-stack user experiences and backend solutions using AI technologies and tools.
- Guide the use of AI for customer problems and understand AI model capabilities, limitations, and evaluation methods.
- Create technical designs that balance short-term and long-term objectives while supporting high availability and performance.
- Own operational excellence and contribute beyond the primary area of ownership.
- Partner with cross-functional and global teams, mentor others, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- At least 2 years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or SwiftUI for iOS.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Express with Node.js.
- Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, or Python.
- At least 1 year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- Experience in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP is highly desired.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, collaboration, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in fast-paced, complex, and global technical environments.
