Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across backend services and frontend interfaces using Go or Python with React/TypeScript.
- Design APIs, data models, and service architectures supporting agentic AI capabilities.
- Create interfaces that translate complex enterprise data into actionable workflows.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to bring AI-driven features to production.
- Own features through scoping, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
- Work directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to refine the product.
- Contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and developer experience as the team scales.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional engineering experience with meaningful frontend and backend work.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/React and at least one of Go or Python, with demonstrated shipping experience in both layers.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices.
- Experience building and deploying data pipelines or performing data engineering work.
- Ability to own loosely scoped problems and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience building and shipping products end-to-end in early-stage startup environments.
- Strong product instincts and a user-focused approach to engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred experience includes LLM integrations, agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, enterprise SaaS, retail technology, data-intensive products, data visualization, real-time systems, or streaming architectures.
