Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain state-of-the-art web applications.
- Operationalize prototypes developed by Dublin and local AI teams.
- Ensure seamless handover of operationalized prototypes to business technology teams.
- Establish development frameworks, standards, prompt-engineering practices, and guidelines for consistent and reusable solutions.
- Collaborate with AI teams in Dublin and Cluj and work effectively in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to rapid experimentation, proof-of-concept development, iteration, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian.
- Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React; Vue or Angular are also accepted.
- Hands-on experience with NestJS, Node.js, or a similar technology stack.
- Experience with or knowledge of Python.
- Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models and familiarity with prompt-engineering techniques and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and the ability to discuss a personal or professional AI project and its rationale.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB and knowledge of deployments and infrastructure are preferred.
