Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and build digital products and agentic AI solutions.
- Collaborate with teams in Cluj, Dublin, and across Marsh to turn ideas into usable products.
- Rapidly move from concepts to proofs of concept, incorporate user feedback, and iterate.
- Contribute across design, development, deployment, and production support in an Agile team.
- Improve engineering standards related to prompt engineering, testing, reuse, documentation, and maintainability.
- Stay current with full-stack engineering, LLMs, and agent-based AI systems.
- Share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ideally 5+ years of proven full-stack development experience, with scope aligned to the applicable Engineer or Senior Engineer level.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with a modern front-end framework such as Angular; React is also welcome.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of service integration and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or LLM APIs is advantageous.
- Experience with testing, CI/CD, monitoring, production support, security, privacy, responsible AI, mentoring, or defining technical standards is advantageous.
