Responsibilities
- Design and document production-ready system architecture blueprints and reference topologies for enterprise AI and application workloads.
- Lead customer discovery sessions, technical workshops, proofs of concept, and architectural walkthroughs.
- Advise customers, engineering teams, corporate executives, and C-level stakeholders on AI/ML platforms, infrastructure maturity, adoption strategies, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with chip manufacturers, independent software vendors, and system integrators on joint architecture solutions.
- Translate regional customer and infrastructure requirements into global product roadmap feedback.
- Own the technical delivery of complex strategic enterprise opportunities and mentor junior AI/ML engineering colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience leading technical consulting, system design, or pre-sales architecture engagements for enterprise customers.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain complex architectures to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise architecting and managing enterprise Kubernetes or container platforms, including multi-tenant clusters, container networking, and persistent storage.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python and scripting or automation tools such as Git and Ansible or Terraform.
- Practical experience running, configuring, and troubleshooting AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jupyter on containerized platforms.
- Experience with model serving, workflow orchestration, GitOps, observability, GPU clustering, secure regulated deployments, or system-level languages such as Go, Java, or Rust is valuable.
- Experience with regulated industries, public sector, healthcare, telecommunications, or manufacturing AI/ML architectures is a strong advantage.
