Base Salary
$53k - $108k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on a team to develop innovative solutions for complex customer challenges.
- Apply software development practices and programming skills to challenge projects.
- Learn and use new programming languages and frameworks as needed.
- Produce technical documentation and design artifacts when needed.
- Present the team’s solution to senior leadership in the final Challenge Cup competition.
Requirements
- Experience with .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python in a professional, academic, or internship environment.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new languages and frameworks and work effectively in groups.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Scheduled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a technology, engineering, or mathematics field by Winter/Spring 2027 or Winter/Spring 2028.
- Preferred qualifications include technical documentation and design-artifact experience, critical-thinking and analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
