Base Salary
$218k - $340k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deliver calibration systems end to end.
- Own calibration across perception sensors and kinematic calibration of the robot.
- Establish data and metrics infrastructure for calibration.
- Deliver calibration fixture software and operator-facing applications.
- Define requirements for calibration outputs on downstream manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with sensor vendors and contract manufacturers on calibration processes.
- Identify, hire, mentor, and develop engineers contributing to calibration work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience calibrating complex robotic or sensor-rich systems.
- Track record of designing and delivering calibration systems end to end.
- Deep expertise across multiple sensor modalities and kinematic calibration.
- Understanding of production calibration requirements: repeatability and data collection.
- Experience building data and metrics infrastructure for calibration.
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
- Effective collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
