Responsibilities
- Build customer-specific features, integrations, and customizations using Python and VueJS/TypeScript.
- Collaborate with Deployment Leads to translate customer needs into functional software.
- Ship solutions quickly in short development cycles.
- Travel to customer sites to gain firsthand understanding of their needs.
- Work closely with design, product, and founders to enhance the platform.
- Help define the role of forward deployed engineering at Grotto.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack experience with Python and VueJS/TypeScript.
- 1+ year of experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with customers and team members.
- Experience using AI tools like Claude or Copilot in development.
