Base Salary
$130k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated technical resource for customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to ensure customer success.
- Diagnose and implement fixes for customer-specific bugs.
- Build custom product features based on customer requests.
- Support complex use cases with scripts and automation.
- Conduct architecture reviews and enablement sessions for various personas.
- Drive the product roadmap by prioritizing customer issues and feature requests.
- Produce clear technical documentation and runbooks.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a hands-on technical role supporting enterprise customers.
- Strong scripting and programming skills, preferably in Python or Bash.
- Experience with cloud technologies and deployment tools like AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in using AI coding tools such as Claude or Codex.
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative mindset.
- BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in NYC for a hybrid work environment.
