Base Salary
$130k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated technical resource for customer accounts throughout conversion, implementation, support, and renewal.
- Diagnose, triage, and fix customer-specific bugs while authoring reproducible fixes, tests, pull requests, or remediation documentation.
- Build custom product features, scripts, automations, integrations, and reports for technically complex customer use cases.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical deep dives, enablement sessions, and solution reviews for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Represent customer needs in product planning, prioritize issues, and champion high-value feature requests.
- Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and handoffs for customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Product, Engineering, and Forward-Deployed SREs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years supporting enterprise customers in a hands-on technical role such as Customer Engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python and Bash; Golang or TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Experience with cloud technologies and deployment tooling including AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, and/or Codex.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset for explaining technical tradeoffs to engineers and functional stakeholders.
- BA or BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in New York City.
