Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions for marketing business problems.
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and operate AI agent workflows and integrations for scalable marketing operations.
- Partner with central AI infrastructure engineers on robust and scalable solutions.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and successful patterns with the broader AI engineering team.
- Propose ideas and help shape the roadmap for AI adoption within Marketing.
- Drive projects toward practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering and integration engineering.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and building AI-driven workflows in production.
- Proven business understanding and experience in a business-facing role.
- Solution-oriented, outcome-driven, hands-on, and curious approach to complex business processes.
- Fluent English communication.
- Familiarity with marketing technology such as Salesforce or HubSpot is welcomed.
- Experience building production applications on LLM APIs such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini is welcomed.
- Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar is welcomed.
