Base Salary
$135k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and test multi-agent components for telemetry analysis, anomaly detection, reporting, and operator workflows.
- Build agent tooling, prompt templates, orchestration logic, and integrations with ground system services.
- Develop and maintain RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, embedding generation, vector indexing, retrieval strategies, and answer generation.
- Prepare spacecraft telemetry data and assist with training, evaluating, and retraining anomaly detection and time-series forecasting models.
- Deploy and maintain containerized AI services using Docker and AWS infrastructure.
- Support audit trails, observability, production operations, incident response, and model evaluation metrics tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience with exposure to AI/ML applications.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines, or agent-based systems.
- Exposure to time-series data processing, anomaly detection, or ML training using sensor or telemetry data.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and basic CI/CD practices, with AWS preferred.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and version control.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Databricks, vector databases, time-series ML architectures, multi-agent frameworks, spacecraft operations, Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, Kinesis, reinforcement learning, graph neural networks, model compression, edge deployment, or resource-constrained inference experience.
- Must be able to work onsite in Kent or Renton, Washington, or Reston, Virginia offices.
