Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex distributed systems with stringent latency and reliability requirements.
- Architect scalable agent infrastructure, including orchestration, state management, and tool integration.
- Drive technical alignment across engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Science, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor team members and develop their technical capabilities through knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience in technical decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience in design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

- The base salary range is $143,700.00-$194,400.00 USD annually in Seattle, Washington.
