Base Salary
$116k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to enhance existing workflows and create new workflows.
- Enhance and simplify complex customizations and integrations.
- Develop PL/SQL solutions and troubleshoot Oracle E-Business Suite production packages, schemas, objects, logs, errors, and dependencies.
- Build downstream integrations using AWS technologies to connect with data lakes.
- Own and automate General Ledger close functions across General Ledger and related sub-ledgers.
- Define and improve operational engineering excellence and engineering excellence metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite in multiple-organization and multiple-set-of-books environments.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL best practices.
- Experience developing and debugging PL/SQL on Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2, including AP and GL schemas and objects.
- Knowledge of at least one accounting framework, including US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP frameworks.
- Preferred experience in test-driven and formal QA development environments across development, staging, and production deployment cycles.
- Preferred experience with data structures, data modeling, database schemas, month-end close processes, financial reporting, automation, and process improvement.
- Preferred experience using Oracle or equivalent experience in finance roles.
