Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and modify software programs and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, upgrades, interface changes, and software-hardware specification development.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project, functional, systems analysis, and engineering teams on delivery and progress.
- Capture client clarifications, respond to customer requests, track faults, and gather feedback.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages and maintain current best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory Python for Insights skills.
- Experience with software design, development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and validation automation.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and problem statements.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
