Base Salary
$160k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack feature development, including technical architecture, implementation, documentation, and customer communication.
- Primarily develop backend functionality in Golang and implement frontend features in React.
- Engage directly with customers through support questions and feedback gathering.
- Design APIs and technical architectures and write feature design documentation.
- Build alerting, telemetry, internal tooling, and automation for scale and reliability.
- Develop AI-agent capabilities involving planning, tool use, evaluations, observability, guardrails, and supporting infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience engineering and designing digital products.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, enterprise software, or other technical products is ideal.
- Golang and React experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and challenge decisions when appropriate.
- Experience shipping customer-facing developer products is ideal.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to work directly with customers to design features.
- Interest in using AI tools to increase productivity.
