Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce, building complex Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Design and own the long-term technical roadmap for the GTM stack.
- Experiment with and deploy AI-driven systems for prospecting and forecasting.
- Partner with various teams to ensure the GTM data model supports advanced reporting.
- Establish best-practice engineering standards for the GTM stack.
- Analyze system performance using SQL and scripting to improve automation.
- Anticipate the business impact of architectural decisions six to twelve months ahead.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales systems or revenue operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Expert-level Salesforce knowledge with experience in Apex and complex automation design.
- Strong SQL proficiency and familiarity with programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Comfortable working with AI-native tools and leveraging language models.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to apply AI to create business leverage.
- Systems-level operator balancing technical depth with long-term business impact.
- Motivated by building infrastructure for rapid global scale.
