Responsibilities
- Build secure, scalable, production-quality full-stack enterprise applications.
- Integrate LLMs into production systems using prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG pipelines, context management, and quality or hallucination evaluation.
- Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents with orchestration, tool-calling, state and memory handling, guardrails, and behavioral observability.
- Create React-based AI-native user experiences with streaming responses, explainability, state management, feedback capture, and human-AI interaction design.
- Design robust fallback strategies for probabilistic outputs while balancing cost, latency, reliability, security, and responsible AI requirements.
- Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI capabilities using modern AI development platforms, APIs, and tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams across business, product, technology, security, legal, risk, and governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer delivering secure, scalable, production-quality enterprise applications.
- Core generative AI and LLM expertise, including production LLM integration, prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG pipelines, context management, and hallucination evaluation.
- Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents with goals, constraints, orchestration patterns, tool-calling, state and memory handling, guardrails, and observability.
- Frontend development expertise with modern frameworks such as React and AI-native UX patterns.
- Strong understanding of reliability, security, responsible AI, sensitive-data protection, leakage mitigation, bias and safety risks, auditability, and graceful degradation.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI agents, enterprise search, container platforms, or equivalent AI/cloud platforms is preferred.
- Front-end development experience with React or C# is preferred.
- Azure experience is preferred.
- Experience using AI coding tools, ideally Claude, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, documentation, critical review, learning agility, and engineering craftsmanship skills.
- Experience working across multicultural teams, time zones, and business, product, technology, security, legal, risk, and governance stakeholders.
