Base Salary

$115k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop complete, technically credible, executable, and evaluation-responsive mission-centered solutions for strategic government opportunities.
  • Translate mission needs and acquisition requirements into solution concepts, CONOPS, workflows, architectures, staffing models, transition approaches, risk mitigations, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead solution development across intelligence, cyber, systems engineering, mission operations, sustainment, readiness, and UXS/C-UXS capability areas.
  • Create technical volume content, storyboards, graphics concepts, white papers, technical approaches, discriminators, proof points, and reusable mission artifacts.
  • Coordinate solutioning sessions with capture, business development, pricing, proposal, operations, technical SMEs, subcontractors, partners, and executives.
  • Brief senior leaders and defend solutions through gate, color-team, and executive reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent mission and technical experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, interagency, or federal national-security missions.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Experience translating mission, customer, or RFP requirements into executable technical, operational, or mission-support solutions.
  • Experience creating CONOPS, mission workflows, system views, technical approaches, staffing and transition approaches, risk mitigations, graphics, white papers, or technical volume content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior-leader briefing and persuasive proposal-writing abilities.
  • Experience collaborating across capture, business development, proposal, pricing, operations, technical SMEs, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two mission areas including intelligence, systems or mission engineering, cyber operations, mission operations support, UXS/C-UXS or ISR systems, autonomy, acquisition, capture, proposal, capability development, or solution development.
  • Current CI or full-scope polygraph is desired.
  • Experience supporting strategic captures or proposals valued at $100 million or more and supporting service intelligence, cyber, PEO/PAE, combatant command, SOCOM, CIA, NSA, DIA, NGA, NRO, or INSCOM organizations is desired.
