Responsibilities
- Advise C-level executives, protocol founders, and chief architects across strategic Web3 accounts and financial institutions in APAC.
- Design, validate, and document scalable architectures connecting decentralized protocols with cloud infrastructure.
- Architect RPC node clusters, validator operations, blockchain indexing pipelines, and confidential key-management systems.
- Create reusable technical assets, reference implementations, and architectural whitepapers for Customer Engineering and Partner teams.
- Connect field requirements with Google Cloud product management and engineering to influence feature prioritization and roadmap development.
- Guide customers on enterprise risk, security, and compliance architectures for virtual assets under regional regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in system architecture, distributed systems design, or cloud infrastructure in an enterprise customer-facing or technical leadership role.
- 4 years of experience architecting, deploying, or operating production-grade Web3 systems, blockchain protocols, or smart-contract ecosystems.
- Preferred experience with institutional digital-asset infrastructure, MPC, Cloud HSM, transaction-signing architectures, and confidential computing.
- Preferred experience operating high-availability, low-latency blockchain node infrastructure, indexing layers, and validator networks on Kubernetes/GKE.
- Preferred experience with ZK infrastructure, rollups, cross-chain messaging, DePIN, smart-contract engineering, protocol security audits, and formal verification.
- Knowledge of institutional Web3 use cases such as RWA tokenization, stablecoin rails, tokenized deposits, and custody architectures in regulated financial environments.
