Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend components for labeling, review, and evaluation workflows.
- Own outcomes by refining scope and proposing simpler approaches.
- Collaborate with Product and Design from discovery to delivery.
- Prototype to de-risk UX and gather user feedback for iterations.
- Raise the bar on frontend standards including state management and accessibility.
- Investigate production issues and improve user experience.
- Engage with the open-source community to understand real-world needs.
- Participate in architecture discussions and mentor teammates.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience shipping production React/TypeScript applications.
- Strong product sense with experience in scope and trade-off decisions.
- Fluency with modern frontend tooling and state-management patterns.
- Comfort collaborating with APIs and familiarity with backend code.
- Excellent communication skills at a Senior IC level.
