Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack product features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and data.
- Build AI-powered product experiences using LLMs, embeddings, and related techniques.
- Own delivery from scope and design through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Solve ambiguous technical problems with pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to shape requirements and roadmap.
- Improve performance, reliability, observability, testability, maintainability, and product quality at enterprise scale.
- Contribute through code reviews, tooling, and engineering process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience shipping production full-stack web applications.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in products, including LLMs, embeddings, or similar techniques.
- Experience with modern web frameworks; Rails, React, Postgres, and AWS are cited as examples.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and drive work forward.
- Product-minded approach with attention to user experience and customer outcomes.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise SaaS, B2B marketing or sales technology, real-time systems, Salesforce or CRM integrations, agentic systems, autonomous tool-using workflows, and startup environments.
